This was one of the last words in the warehouse events at Grangegorman inspired by a photo by Darragh Quille. We saw a wide variety of performances that night with circus, aerial, comedy, spoken word, mime, fire, music and poetry as my memory serves me, undoubtedly missing much.
After this performance the two of four members of Lankum moved to the birdcage warehouse, where Daniele Idini snapped the photo that inspired the painting 'Rose, Petra and myself'.
These events were more magical than the images can convey, however at least some of that magic can be preserved and remembered for how it looked: it was absolutely fantastic.
