On Sandwith Street, there's 3feet of rope hanging from a sign support just within reach after climbing onto the ground floor window well. It provides minimal support to climb onto an 8inch ledge from which one can make it to a tiny window that can be pushed in. Inside one can find much useful materials, old bike frames, steel, copper, timber etc. From the outside the described way in is not obvious. Only a keen eye would spot the maintained entry point into the evicted warehouse.
These kinds of places offer much abundance, usually for repair and upkeep of newly opened houses, however it will soon be demolished and rebuilt upon by the O'Callaghan group.
