Urban Landscape: A Symphony of Light and Color
From a young age, I have been captivated by the beauty of urban landscapes. The dynamic rhythm of life, the interplay of light and shadow on architectural forms, the vibrant palette of human faces – all this stirred my imagination and demanded to be captured on canvas.
I experimented with different techniques, but it was acrylic and oil that became my faithful companions on my creative journey. Acrylic, with its quick drying time and vibrant colors, allows me to capture fleeting moods of the city, to depict it in motion and development. Oil, on the other hand, with its depth of color and rich textures, is ideal for creating more intimate, atmospheric works.
In my urban landscapes, I do not strive for an exact replica of reality. I am more interested in the inner dynamics of the city, its soul. I want the viewer not just to see recognizable places, but also to feel the atmosphere that reigns in them, to experience the pulse of city life.
For me, the city is not just a collection of buildings and streets. It is a living organism, with its own ups and downs, joys and sorrows. And I try to reflect all this multifacetedness in my work.
I am constantly looking for new techniques and approaches, experimenting with materials and forms, colors and composition. For me, there is nothing more fascinating than creating, creating new worlds on my canvases.
My works are an invitation to travel through urban labyrinths, to immerse oneself in the atmosphere of megacities, and to find beauty in the ordinary.
